About the Mission:
Charles Allen Black, SFC, US Army, served our country during the Gulf War on Terrorism, and was awarded the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, NATO Medal, National Defense Medal, and the Good Conduct Medal. After his retirement, his pastime was spent with family.
