About the Mission:
Mr. Earl Michael Wingila stood for our country, and it is our honor to stand for him now. Not much is known about this veteran. On his DD-214, he did earn a National Defense Service Medal. He passed away in West Virginia several months ago with no known family. We are asking the community to be there for this veteran to show honor and respect for his interment so that he is not alone for his committal service.
