About the Mission:
William Paul “Billy” Arvin, 75, was a very patriotic person, having served and retired from the Army National Guard in Carrollton in 1994, after many faithful years of service to his country. He was very active in the American Legion Post #41 in Carrollton and had participated in the American Legion Honor Guard and the American Legion Patriot Riders.
