About the Mission:
Frank Siegfried Rowland, OSSA E-2, served our country in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist Seaman Apprentice, and was awarded the Battle ‘E’ Ribbon, Sea Service Ribbon, Navy Expeditionary Medal, and the Humanitarian Service Medal. After his honorable discharge, his pastime was spent with family.
